The service
Stampario lets your company create, sign and send service reports, keep history by address and remind customers about recurring work. Plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No contracts, no setup fees. Refunds are explained in the refund policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your content
You own your reports and data. You are responsible for what goes on your reports and for having the right to contact the customers you send reports and reminders to.
Compliance is yours to confirm
Templates, intervals and guides are starting points. Code requirements, filing rules and deadlines are set by your state, your local authority and your water purveyor. Stampario does not file reports with authorities on your behalf unless a feature says so explicitly.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to send spam, to send texts without consent, or to store content you have no right to store.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and we back it up daily. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
